In general, except for special circumstances specified in some grant applications, the Fund cannot provide grants for medical treatment of individuals, purchase of socially important products, purchase of public utilities, payment of loans of individuals and legal entities.
Most of our funding is of a fundamental nature and is allocated to system problem solution through development of small and medium-sized business in rural districts.
You can get acquainted with the documents of the Fund and with the reports on the flow of funds according to completion of the projects. The Fund receives funds from donors in non-cash form to the bank accounts of the Fund. Assistance to final beneficiaries is provided mainly in form of goods and services. If assistance is provided in form of payments, it should be provided predominantly to the bank accounts of the final beneficiaries.
In some cases, assistance may be provided in form of non-cash payments to the bank accounts of partners and/or government agencies (or their subordinate organizations) implementing a development project/programme with funds received from the fund.
